Cajun Shrimp Kabobs

1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. bourbon
1 tsp. Creole seasoning or 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 lb. large shrimp , cleaned
Bell pepper squares and onion wedges

MIX salad dressing mix, oil, vinegar, bourbon, Creole seasoning and hot pepper
sauce until well blended. Pour over shrimp and vegetables; cover. Refrigerate 1
hour to marinate. Drain; discard dressing mixture.

ARRANGE shrimp and vegetables on skewers.

GRILL kabobs over medium-hot coals for 5 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink
and vegetables are tender-crisp, turning once.
